What works, and what does not yet.

The site is built from semantic HTML with a skip link, landmark regions and headings in order, so it can be navigated by keyboard and read by a screen reader. Every interactive control is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus state.

Colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and both the light and dark themes are checked for text contrast rather than assumed. Animation is decorative: every moving visual honours prefers-reduced-motion and holds a single still frame instead.

The diagrams and animated visuals are canvas elements with a text alternative that describes what is being shown and what the numbers are, so the content does not depend on seeing them.

The hero visuals are hidden below 768 pixels wide rather than being redrawn for a narrow screen. Their text alternatives are hidden with them, which means a phone user gets less than a desktop user. This is the gap we are least happy about.

Wide data tables scroll sideways inside their own container on small screens.

We have tested with keyboard navigation and automated checks. We have not yet run a full audit with assistive technology users, so this statement is a description of our own testing, not an independently verified claim of conformance.
